The Adamant spear is a two-handed, members only melee weapon. It can be bought from other players, looted from silver chests in the Shade Catacombs or received as a Monster Drop. Like all other Adamant weapons, it requires 40 Attack to wield. Players who have started learning Barbarian smithing and have level 75 Smithing may produce a Spear at a Barbarian anvil from one Adamant bar and one yew log, receiving 125 Smithing experience. It is also the sixth strongest spear after the Rune spear, Dragon spear, Zamorakian spear, Guthan's warspear and Vesta's spear.

After completing Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest, one can obtain these spears from Tamayu's Spear Stall by buying an adamant spear (kp) and using the cleaning cloth on it.

• Like all other adamant weapons, the Adamant spear used to require 30 Attack to wield; this was changed to 40 Attack with the Evolution of Combat.
