The Canopic jar with berries and oil is used in Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav. It's made by adding dwellberries and sacred oil to an empty canopic jar, in either order.

You can turn this into a prepared canopic jar by adding a ring of life, then the jar can be used to hold Arrav's heart.
