Winter's grip is the lowest Tier 3 herb, and can be obtained by cleaning a grimy winter's grip while training Dungeoneering in Daemonheim's dungeons. Using it requires at least level 69 Herblore, and it can be added to a vial of water to create one of 4 different potions.
