The Ground blue Isafdar mushroom is a quest item from Plague's End made by grinding up a blue Isafdar mushroom with a pestle and mortar. The ground blue mushroom is used with the ground red Isafdar mushroom and a super defence (3) to make a meilyr potion, which is used to find Lady Meilyr.
