Luscion is a resident of Burgh de Rott, a small town in southern Morytania.
He disappears after The Branches of Darkmeyer the day after Ivan goes missing, causing Amelia to note that nearly every resident of Burgh de Rott has been abducted. A missing person poster for him can be found on the eastern wall of a building south of Burgh De Rott shop, which reads "Missing: Luscion - gone, but not forgotten."
