Queen Black Dragonling is a miniature version of the Queen Black Dragon that can be unlocked as a pet from a Queen black dragon scale. The chance of obtaining the item as a drop from killing the Queen Black Dragon is 1 in 2,500, with a threshold of 500 (explanation of drop mechanics).
After the item is used, the Queen Black Dragonling can be summoned from the pets tab in the hero interface. 99 Summoning is needed to summon the pet, but not to receive the Queen black dragon scale.
