The Throne of Fame is a throne found in the Max Guild in Prifddinas. Only players that are able to wear a completionist cape can sit on it.
The player can also check what requirements they have left to complete to be able to sit on the throne by right-clicking on the throne. When the player clicks this option without having all requirements, they will be shown what is left to do in their chatbox and they will then be turned into an animal, after which they're thrown back. This can also be used to check requirements for the trimmed cape once the normal cape is obtained - without the animal transformation.
When a player sits on the throne, stalagmites will appear on both sides of the throne and crystals displaying the Elf clans will rotate on the ground around the throne.
The effect when sitting on the throne improves when a player wearing a trimmed completionist cape sits on it.
The player may also recharge Prayer points and Summoning points by right-clicking the throne and choosing "Admire". Possessing the completionist cape is not required to do this.

- When a Jagex Moderator attempts to sit on the throne, they are prompted with a message which states, "No! Bad mod, bad! No stealing throne from players."[1]
